Learn how to create a Trustap account, whether you’re joining through a customer platform (i.e. a third party online platform using Trustap to process their payments and transactions) or signing up directly from the Trustap App or website.

If you’re a direct Trustap user (i.e., you're not joining Trustap via a third-party online platform), simply use this link to register online.

Joining Trustap via a customer platform

If you’re signing up through one of our customer platforms (i.e., a third-party online platform using Trustap to process their payments and transactions), it’s important to register using the specific flow provided by the platform.

Why is it important?

Most customer platforms allow users to make their initial transactions without fully registering—these are called guest accounts. Guest accounts let you start using the platform quickly, but they are temporary.

To ensure your transactions and history are linked to your full Trustap account, and that payouts work smoothly, you must follow the customer platform's specific registration flow.

How to register from a customer platform

Option 1: From Your Email

Look for an email from noreply@support.trustap.com confirming you’ve received a payment.
Click the link in the email.
This link takes you directly to the Trustap registration page and ensures that your active transactions (even from a guest account) are linked to your new account.

Option 2: Directly on the Customer Platform

Some platforms include a “Register with Trustap” button in your profile settings.
Click it to begin registration.

Creating your account

Choose your account Type:

Personal – Perfect for individual buyers and sellers
Business – For those trading on behalf of a company

Fill in Your Details

Complete the registration form and click Register.
You’ll be taken to My Transactions, where you can view and manage your transactions.

Important: Your email address and country of registration cannot be changed later. Double-check before finalising.

Completing your profile

Once registered, go to My Profile in your Trustap account:

Buyers: Completing your profile is optional.
Sellers: You must complete your profile and add payout information before receiving any funds.
