If you are buying or selling a physical item that can be shipped or delivered by a tracked courier service it is best to use the online model.
Or if the person you are transacting with is at a distance and so the item in question would have to be shipped, again, it’s best to use the online model.
If the person you are transacting with lives within close proximity to you and the item is something that can be handed over in person then it is best to use our face-to-face model.
Lastly, if you are buying or selling something that doesn’t fit into these parameters such as a digital good or a service it is best to use our face-to-face model. If using the face-to-face model for this purpose, always be sure to contact Trustap customer support at the ‘Confirm Handover’ stage to confirm transfer of the digital good or service and always try to provide evidence of the transfer to our customer support team.
