Who pays the fees, and how is it calculated?
Trustap is a secure payment platform enabling you to buy and sell confidently. We charge a small fee to the buyer for each transaction, which is automatically added to the total amount when the payment is made. The fee covers the cost of providing our service and protecting your money. The seller receives the total agreed price without any deductions.
The standard fees are outlined above. Please note that the fees may vary depending on the type and location of the transaction, as well as the payment method used. You can see the exact fee amount before you confirm your payment.
We do not interfere with the costs that may arise between the buyer and the seller, such as shipping or delivery costs. However, we advise both parties to agree on a fair and reasonable way to share these costs in advance.
If for any reason, a refund is needed, the Buyer is responsible for returning the item to the Seller and covering the return shipping cost unless otherwise agreed with the Seller. The refund needs to comply with our refund policy.
*The Buyer Protection Fees are non-refundable.
