As a seller of a digital good once you have sent the item to the buyer you can click the ‘confirm handover’ button. After which point you should contact Trustap customer support to inform them of the handover. Don't forget to provide your email address and the transaction description and always try to provide them with evidence of the transfer such as screenshots.
As a buyer once the seller has confirmed the handover a 24 hour complaints period will begin. During this time you can verify the digital good and you should also contact Trustap customer support to inform them that you have received the item and are happy with it. Don't forget to provide your email address and the transaction description to support.
