How do Fraud Investigations Work?

In cases where one party accuses the other of a fraudulent claim, Trustap begins a fraud investigation. A fraud investigation is carried out independently of Trustap. In these cases, Trustap hands the case details to an independent arbitrator.

The independent arbitrator gathers information on the case and makes a decision. They then inform both parties, as well as Trustap, of the decision that has been made. Trustap then apportions out the funds taking into account the arbitrator's decision.
