The handover is the point in the meeting where possession of the item is given to the buyer. For example, if someone uses Trustap to buy a car, the handover is when the buyer is given the keys. The handover happens after the seller is notified that the transaction amount has been sent to the Trustap Hold by the buyer. After the handover, the buyer has 24 hours to make any complaints they may have about the item.
