Who are the Buyer and the Seller?

In short, the Buyer is the party who is paying money to receive an item or a service from a merchant* or individual seller through our platform.

The seller is the party in the transaction who receives money from Buyer for an item or a service they have provided. 

*Note: Trustap is not the merchant in this buying and selling process. Trustap holds no responsibility regarding the goods or services exchanged and relies solely on the Buyer to follow the complaint process if dissatisfied with the goods or services.
