Can I cancel a payment?

Users cannot cancel a payment once the details for the transaction have been confirmed and the transaction has begun. However, if both parties agree that the payment can be cancelled, the money can be returned to the buyer. The money will also be returned to the buyer if the package is returned to the seller, as described in the buyer questions tab.

Note that buyer’s protection fees are non-refundable.
