Who pays the fees?

The buyer pays the Trustap fee. It is up to the buyer and seller to determine who pays any costs associated with the delivery or handover of an item. For most transactions, these fees will roughly cancel each other out. In situations where this is not the case, or users do not want to structure the transaction that way, users will have to factor in the necessary fees into their agreed price. In the case of refunds, the buyer must pay for the package returned to the seller. A claim form will be made available in exceptional circumstances, and Trustap will refund the delivery cost.
