How do I use Trustap on Preloved?

 

For the Buyer: When viewing a listing on Preloved, you select the button that allows you to create a Trustap transaction. You will still need to speak with the seller to arrange the purchase, for example, to ask questions about the listing, arrange for collection etc. 

When viewing a listing on Preloved, you select the "Pay Safely With Trustap" button.  From there, you can create an online or face-to-face transaction.

For the Seller: When you create a listing on Preloved, you will be given the option to Enable Trustap. This will generate a Transaction reference that you can provide to a buyer, allowing them to pay you with peace of mind.
